MACRO INTERNATIONAL INC. is a professional services firm offering high quality research, management consulting, and information technology services supporting business and government.
Macro International is competing for a bid which will result as an important multi-year lower secondary education project in Vietnam benefiting ethnic and minorities. We are seeking to pre-identify successful and energetic candidates with the following profiles:
1. Project Manager (with background in education planning and management)
2. Project Facilitation
3. Procurement Specialist
4. Resettlement Specialist
5. Teacher Training Design and Planning
6. ICT (Information and Communication Technology)
7. Gender and Ethnic Minority Education Planning
8. Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist
9. Scholarship and Planning
Qualifications: Degrees in related disciplines with proven track record/extensive experience in one or more of the above-mentioned areas. Demonstrated experience in managing and/or working effectively in a large teams and with complex system. Experience and/or knowledge in working with Asian Development Bank, World Bank, international organizations, UN agencies/organizations a strong plus. Experience with the private sector is valued. Fluency in English required with knowledge of Vietnamese an asset. Respect for diversity and cultural sensitivity. High level of integrity complemented with professional standards.
