Required profiles
The team shall consist of two senior experts having at least 10 years experience in the sector.
The experts shall cover the following expertise as a team (the minimum requirements are indicated in bold);
- One of the experts should have a university degree on Mechanical or Electronic Engineering and the other expert should have a university degree on a field related to organized crime such as Law, Security Sciences etc. In the absence of a university degree, the experts will have equivalent professional experience of minimum 14 years in these fields.
- All experts should have a good command of written and spoken English.
- Experience in the field of anti-organized crime
- Experience in conducting Needs Assessment,
- Experience in the preparation of technical specifications for supplies and conducting market
research on similar equipments listed in the ToR preferably in accordance with PRAG rules,
- Experience in at least one training as a trainer on preparing tender documents,
- Experience in at least one project related to applying witness protection measures in line with the European standards.
- Excellent writing and editing skills.
