DAI is looking for a Workforce Planning & Development Manager to develop and lead talent strategy for our Sustainable Business Group Unit. The role can be based in London, UK or Bethesda, USA. We are looking for someone with experience of developing clear processes for allocating human resources across our projects and other work flow. We are looking for someone who can identify core capabilities and skills gaps for employees to inform the creation of development plans for individuals and design talent strategy for management. Perhaps you have a background in professional services with experience of resource allocation or you may be a human resource professional with talent management and workforce planning experience.
Sustainable Business Group (SBG) is a specialised unit within DAI that supports private companies to be smarter corporate citizens in their local business operations and assists public authorities to develop policy, regulation and incentives that grow sustainable industries. DAI SBG has key hub offices in London and Washington, DC.
SBG has a dynamic and growing team, with a diverse talent base, and this role will support the professional development of its workforce. The core function of the role is to develop an organisational infrastructure that will both support the continued growth and development of SBG’s employees, as well as provide maximum operational efficiency to allow SBG to continue to grow our portfolio and deliver excellence for our clients.
The SBG Workforce Planning and Development Manager will steward the strategic allocation of SBG’s global workforce across its growing project portfolio and new business growth. In addition, this position will provide support to SBG’s leadership and management teams by guiding on organisational shifts that are required to meet the challenges that come with new phases of SBG’s growth.
