Melvin Williams Jr. will serve as vice president and general counsel of the Millennium Challenge Corp. starting April 26, the agency said in a press release. In this position, Williams will be lead MCC’s Office of General Counsel, which advises the agency’s board and staff on legal issues affecting MCC programs, procedures and policies. The office is also in charge of MCC’s ethics program.
Before joining MCC, Williams was the director and counsel of Citigroup’s Legal Research and Control Group.
