Asian Development Bank President Haruhiko Kuroda is set to visit East Timor July 11-12 for the launch of the country’s strategic development plan for 2011-2030 as well as highlight ADB’s commitment to helping East Timor on its road to development.
During his visit, Kuroda is expected to present his vision for Asia in 2030 and suggest how East Timor can best position itself to benefit and share Asia’s success.
Kuroda will be accompanied by Robert Wihtol, head of ADB’s Pacific Department.
