The Asian Development Bank has pledged to support a rural environment and clean water project in Vietnam, according to Dow Jones. ADB will lend USD45 million for the project, which is expected to benefit more than 350,000 people in the central Vietnamese provinces of Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Quang Binh, Ha Tinh, Quang Nam and Binh Din. Vietnam is providing USD5 million to complement the ADB funds.
