    The African Development Bank offered a Sh2.9 billion (USD37.1 million) loan facility to support technical, industrial, vocational and entrepreneurship training for unskilled and unemployed youth in Kenya,

    . The sum will be used to help draft a national skills training strategy, boost information technology skills and bursary awards, and provide equipment that would allow polytechnics to offer degree-level courses, among others.
