    African Development Bank President Donald Kaberuka called on the Japanese private sector to invest in Africa, according to an AfDB news release. Business opportunities in the science, technology and energy sectors abound for Japanese investors, Kaberuka said during his visit in Japan. The AfDB chief also met with Japanese officials to discuss the possibility of a general capital hike.
