The African Development Bank is extending 81 billion CFA francs (USD166 million) in loan to improve vocational training and higher education in Gabon. The sum represents the biggest financing earmarked by AfDB for Gabon’s education sector, according to the African Press Agency. It will be used to build and rehabilitate five universities, three colleges, three research institutes, and four technical and vocational schools.
