The World Bank and African Development Bank have committed financial backing to build a rail that will link Tanzania, Rwanda and Burundi, The New Times reports. An inter-ministerial meeting among the countries' infrastructure ministers confirmed the banks' commitment. Experts expect the railway line to be completed by 2014.
