    After weeks of tension, UN leaders talk to controversial Gaza aid group

    CARE International and Christian Care suspended their food distribution programs in the Gutu district of Masvingon under threats from a Zanu-PF official, the Zimbabwe Times reports. An aid official who requested anonymity said a senior Zanu-PF officer told them to surrender the food they are distributing to Zanu-PF political leaders in the district but they declined to comply. The two agencies explained that their distribution will remain suspended while they negotiate with the Zanu-PF party.
