    The International HIV/AIDS Alliance and International Council of AIDS Services Organizations are carrying out an online consultation for civil society to help draft a community systems strengthening framework. The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria has developed the framework in a bid to boost community action on HIV, tuberculosis, malaria, reproductive health and other health-related issues.
