    Angolan oil deputy minister, Anibal Silva, has urged national and foreign companies to increase partnerships with the government.

    “The government encourages the public-private partnerships and it expects the foreign companies to seek increasingly this partnership,” the minister was quoted by Angop as saying Jan. 21 at the inauguration of Cameron Angola factory.
