The World Bank’s Center for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID) has ruled that Argentina should pay a compensation of USD 165.2 million to the US water utility Azurix, for canceling its contract in Argentina, the Argentine press reported. Azurix used to provide drinking water services in the province of Buenos Aires. (Latin America News Digest)
