Australia and the Asian Development Bank have pledged to help Vietnam protect its flood-prone and low-lying Mekong Delta region from potential climate change effects. The two donors will provide a

The money will be used to assess potential risks to the Mekong region and to identify the necessary measures to mitigate these risks.
