
Kate Turner
Kate Turner is a disability advocacy adviser for VSO, a U.K.-based international volunteering organization. After eight years in government and public affairs, she is now working to advance the rights of persons with disabilities in Rwanda. Turner was recently selected to be a U.N. Youth Blogger at the United Nations Department of Public Information and NGOs Conference in New York.
