Halima Shariff is the director of Advance Family Planning Tanzania. She has over 15 years of experience as an advocate and program lead, with particular focus on family planning, HIV/AIDS, gender equality, and equity. Halima is also a media and communications specialist and has worked with a variety of international and national outlets to promote stories on development issues.
