Kevin Starace is chief development officer of Financing for Development and the founding director of Pledge Guarantee for Health. A specialist in strategy and business development as well as a fixture in the anti-malaria community, he served for more than a decade at the United Nations Foundation, sat on the board of the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and was vice chairman of the board at the Roll Back Malaria partnership.
