Enrique works in the intersection of urban planning, social innovation and policy delivery to help cities overcome complex problems. He is currently the director of the Urban Security Initiative at Chemonics International and the former executive director of the National Center for Crime Prevention in the government of Mexico. He is a Yale World Fellow.
