Shelley Spencer leads NetHope’s Payment Innovations consulting team and the organization’s Visa Innovation Grants program. A lawyer by education, Spencer is a 20-year veteran of the U.S. mobile telecommunications industry who started out as an attorney and then moved to the business side, helping found and run several small mobile carriers later acquired by Sprint.
