Since the early 1990s, Paul DiLeo has launched an investment fund in Russia, small business financing programs in Eastern Europe, a USAID program in the Caucasus, the Gray Ghost Microfinance Fund, Grassroots Capital Management, and has helped create numerous microfinance investment vehicles. Previously, he worked for 12 years at the U.S. Treasury and Federal Reserve focused on international finance and capital markets.
