Frederik is the manager of MASSIF, Blending and CD at the Netherlands Development Bank FMO, which supports sustainable private sector growth in developing and emerging markets by investing in ambitious companies. He has been at FMO for over 13 years and manages two specific funds through which FMO provides higher risk financing to financial institutions that serve micro and SME clients in developing countries.
