Paul Quintos is currently the program manager for sustainable development at IBON International, a Southern-led international nongovernmental organization that promotes development justice through capacity development of people's movements around the world. Before joining IBON, Quintos served as an organizer and educator in the progressive labor movement in the Philippines for over a decade. He obtained his M.S. in development studies from the London School of Economics and Political Science, and has held various positions in the academe, government and in various NGOs.
