
Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth Smith has been a governance adviser with the Tony Blair Africa Governance Initiative since 2013, primarily in Liberia. Between August and December 2014, Elizabeth supported Minister Tolbert Nyenswah, who heads Liberia’s Ebola Response, on the coordination of the National Incident Management System. She has also worked with Dr. Emmanuel Dolo, the president’s adviser on Ebola, to support the establishment of the Presidential Advisory Committee on Ebola.
