Frank Pichel is a land administration specialist with experience in designing, managing and implementing property rights-related projects, often with a technology focus, around the globe. As co-founder and chief program officer at Cadasta Foundation, he is working to build a transformative global ecosystem of partners, technology and data to protect land and property rights particularly for those underserved by national land agencies.
