Leslie Wingender is the peace-building adviser on the Conflict Management Technical Support Unit at Mercy Corps, where she assists country teams on the design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of various conflict management programs around the globe. She holds an master's degree in conflict resolution from Georgetown University and a bachelor's degree in peace and conflict studies from University of California-Berkeley.
