Paul O'Keeffe leads the development of the Jamiya Project's global studies course and communications. He has recently completed his Ph.D. on higher education development in Ethiopia at La Sapienza University of Rome and is one of the founders of www.newresearchvoices.org. He has previously worked at universities and development NGOs in Europe and Asia as a teacher and capacity builder.
