Tatiana Olarte is the gender and vulnerable populations expert for the USAID/Colombia Human Rights Activity. She brings 10 years of expertise on gender and vulnerable populations, positioning the Human Rights Activity as an international example of social inclusion and promotion of women’s and LGTB rights. Tatiana has also worked with the Colombian government’s presidential adviser for gender equity, Amnesty International and she has been a consultant for the World Bank.
