Frank van de Looij is a health economist with broad experience in the management of health facilities in a development setting. He has worked as a consultant in several hospitals, focusing on the operational implementation of new financing instruments. After being an administrator in a Kenyan hospital, van de Looij joined Cordaid as a health systems strengthening and results-based financing expert. He is responsible for Cordaid’s RBF policies, with a focus on general RBF research management of the multi-country performance-based financing network in sub-Saharan Africa.
