Christopher Stephens is the general counsel of the Asian Development Bank. The bank's legal team advises ADB’s board of governors, resident board of directors, and management, as well as its operations and administrative departments. Christopher has practiced law in the private and public sectors in Asia and the United States for more than 30 years.
