
Dede Amanor-Wilks
Dede Amanor-Wilks is director of communications and external relations at the African Center for Economic Transformation and previously worked as a consultant to the U.N. Economic Commission for Africa. She was formerly ActionAid’s international director for West & Central Africa, based in Nairobi, and director of the Inter Press Service Regional Centre for Africa, based in Harare. Prior to that she was East Africa and later Francophone Africa editor for Africa Economic Digest magazine in London.
