Khaldoun AbouAssi is an assistant professor of public administration and policy at American University’s School of Public Affairs and an affiliated faculty of AU’s Center for Innovation. His research interests include organizational capacity, NGO-donor relations, inter-organizational and cross-sector collaboration, and citizen or beneficiary engagement with organizations.
