Priscilla Boiardi is a policy analyst in the private finance for sustainable development team at the OECD Development Co-operation Directorate. She has over 10 years of research and training experience on social investment, private finance, and innovation, including as a research associate at the Vlerick Business School and then as a Ph.D. candidate at the Catholic University of Leuven.
