Mathangi Swaminathan

Mathangi Swaminathan is an alumna of the Harvard Kennedy School and was awarded the 2019 Jane Mansbridge Research Award by Harvard University for her work on reducing gender bias in organizations. She is currently a Foster America fellow leading anti-racist data-driven research and evaluation efforts at Olmsted County’s health, housing, and human services agency in Minnesota to prevent abuse against children and improve diversity in the workforce.
