Nicholas O'Regan is UNOPS’ director of implementation practices and standards. Nick has decades of experience in managing development projects across the world, including in Angola, in Kenya, and as director of the UNOPS office in Jerusalem. He has led UNOPS work on an evidence-based approach to infrastructure development, relying on data and fact-based planning to inform decision-making and meet present and future needs.
