Martin Edwards is an associate professor at the School of Diplomacy and International Relations at Seton Hall University. His scholarship has been supported by the National Science Foundation and Fulbright foundations, and he recently published a book on economic surveillance as practiced by the International Monetary Fund and World Trade Organization.
