Noemi Bautista is a public health development advocate that specializes in health economics, financing, policy, and health system. She has served RTI International for 12 years in the areas of monitoring, evaluation, research, learning and adapting, policy and health systems, and local governance. She has been a recipient of several prestigious awards in development work from USAID, UNDP, NEDA, and RTI.
