Gabriela Caceres is Resilience, Innovation and Learning Hub coordinator at GOAL. She is a chartered environmental engineer with a master’s degree in demography and development. Gabriela has 10 years’ experience in monitoring, evaluation, learning, and accountability for development programs. She collaborated in the development of GOAL's Resilience for Social Systems approach and the Analysis of the Resilience of Communities to Disasters toolkit.
