Bukola "Buki" Onyishi joined Women for Women International – Nigeria as a field officer nearly 20 years ago, supporting the identification of program participants and collecting monitoring and evaluation data. Since then, she has held a variety of roles, including finance and administration manager and deputy country director. In 2016, Buki became country director at the Nigeria office, leading all of Women for Women International’s work in the nation.
