Constance Ching is a technical consultant on advocacy and implementation of the International Code of Marketing of Breast-milk Substitutes working with Alive & Thrive’s regional office in Southeast Asia. She has numerous years of experience in BMS code-related work, having previously worked for IBFAN-ICDC, a leading provider of capacity building programs to governments, U.N. agencies, and NGOs on BMS code implementation and monitoring. She has participated in numerous World Health Assembly and other global forums to advocate for stronger BMS code-related measures.
