Patrick Canagasingham

Patrick Canagasingham is chief operating officer at Habitat for Humanity International. He oversees the organization’s work in more than 70 countries, removing the barriers that stand between families and an affordable, decent place to call home. A native of Sri Lanka and a Canadian citizen, Canagasingham has more than 25 years of leadership experience in NGOs and the private sector. Canagasingham previously served as CEO of Toronto-based Children Believe and as COO at Oxfam International. Before that, he held senior leadership roles in World Vision in Canada and East Asia.
