Ennie Chipembere is the director of locally led development at Humentum, guiding the organization's commitment to support locally led development across its strategy, initiatives, and operations. With 20 years of experience in the NGO sector, Ennie began her career at Konrad Adenauer Foundation in Zimbabwe, where she focused on strengthening the organizational capacity of local and national partners, program design, and donor relationship management. She later led ActionAid International Federation's 45 countries, equipping them to adopt a human rights-based framework for achieving equitable development locally driven by communities and NNGOs.
