Ramya Ambikapathi

Ramya Ambikapathi is a nutrition epidemiologist and a research scientist at Purdue University in the department of public health. She completed a postdoctoral fellowship at the Harvard School of Public Health evaluating nutrition-sensitive agriculture intervention in Ethiopia. She received her master’s and doctorate from Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She has a bachelor’s degree in environmental science with a focus on aquatic and terrestrial ecology. Her research broadly focuses on how environmental and ecological factors translate to poor nutrition outcomes, and efforts to mitigate these negative impacts.
