Ilya Fischhoff

Ilya Fischhoff recently finished postdoctoral work at Cary Institute of Ecosystem Studies. There, he carried out disease ecology research, including on Lyme disease and predicting the capacity of mammal species to spread coronavirus. Ilya previously served as an AAAS science and technology policy fellow working at USAID on climate change and for then-Congressman Ed Markey and the House Natural Resources Committee. Ilya has also worked at the U.S. Global Change Research Program supporting the Third National Climate Assessment.
