Harry Hayward joined CGA Technologies in South Sudan in 2018 where he worked with the Ministry of Education to improve service delivery through the IMPACT and Girls' Education South Sudan projects. In 2020, he moved to Sierra Leone where he led research for the Out-of-School Children study and coordinated the development of the subsequent Out-of-School Children Strategy with education stakeholders from government, civil society and international organizations. As deputy country coordinator, he is currently coordinating CGA’s new projects to develop an education attendance monitoring system and a Teaching Information Management System for the Teaching Service Commission.
