Kelly Case is the project director for the Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative at Tides Center and a director at Strategy for Humanity. The Children’s Policy and Funding Initiative was launched by Oak Foundation, GHR Foundation, and an anonymous donor to leverage pooled donor funds, with Tides Center serving as the fiscal sponsor to strengthen and improve U.S. government funding, policies, and programming to support children and young people around the world.
