Dr. Jennifer Denno Cissé is Abt Associates’ director for climate adaptation and resilience. A risk and resilience expert, Cissé has worked for the U.N. University Institute for Environment and Human Security, the Munich Climate Insurance Initiative, USAID, and Catholic Relief Services. She holds a doctorate in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University.
