Dhirisha Naidoo is chief of party for the BroadReach APACE program in South Africa, a PEPFAR-funded USAID HIV treatment and care program. Starting out as a nurse 20 years ago in one of the first PEPFAR-backed clinics in SA, today she leads one of USAID’s largest HIV programs globally.
