Judith Suminwa is an economist and politician serving as the first female prime minister of the Democratic Republic of Congo since June 2024. Before her premiership, she was minister of planning. In the past, she worked with the United Nations Development Programme and also held the roles of senior adviser to the minister of budget and deputy coordinator of the Presidential Council for Strategic Monitoring in the DRC.
