Neil Fantom is a senior statistician at the World Bank's Development Economics Data Group. He joined the World Bank on a secondment from the U.K.’s Department for International Development, where he served since 1988 as a statistics advisor both at headquarters and in the field in Malawi and Botswana, and through another secondment with the European Commission.
